Descending from the stars

You existed before the beginning of Earth...
You existed before the stars shone
Descended from the stardust...

You existed as a particle lone.
Astrology is what you ridicule?
An astrologer, you think, is a fool?*
You say we’re not linked to the stars?
Or to Venus, or to Mars?

What makes you and your flesh and blood?
You know you started from the mud –
And the very dust that makes the Earth
In that distant star it took its birth.

You talk and laugh and walk and run
Doesn’t it all come from the sun?
The ATPs that power you –
You still wonder how they grew?

To dust thou returnest, dust thou art –
And why the hell did it all start?
Raising entropy – a destiny One –
Of yours and the stars' – you know how it’s done.

In matter, energy and destiny... we are all linked to the stars.
Existing since the beginning of time,
Since the very conception of this so-called "universe"...

*Note: I am not defending astrology or any other pseudoscience in any way in this poem. In this particular couple of lines, I am only targeting the people who argue that humans can, in no way, be linked to stars and planets. Otherwise, this poem, as a whole, is only a crude attempt to describe the eternity of all existence, inspired by the words of the great cosmologist Carl Sagan.

The Mysterious Pyramid in Australia

16 May, 2018
Arkajyoti Banerjee.

Welcome to the very first post of my blog.

Had been researching on the intrigues of antiquity, secrets of scriptures and the enigmas of existence since two years. It's now time to post them one by one in this blog.
The first article which I am posting now was written by me a year ago, i.e. 11 May, 2017.

The Gympie Pyramid of Queensland, Australia is a matter of much debate and speculation. Whenever archaeologists have tried to carry out excavations, the Queensland government has refused permission and had tried to ignore the matter. Whatever clue has come forth, the government has tried to destroy it. Even interested and curious historians, who have researched a lot on this matter and have gained much knowledge, have been silenced by the government. What’s even more disappointing is the fact that the government has declared that the site would be razed to the ground in the future for the construction of roadways – the Gympie Bypass.

The Gympie Pyramid is the rounded eastern end of a sandstone ridge in North Gympie. It has stone terraces cut into the sides, giving it a pyramidal shape. This pyramid doesn’t look like an Egyptian one or a South American one. The pyramid is located about 5 km from the centre of Gympie, on the Tin Can Bay road.

Its interior remains unknown and has been a source of speculation, and there are believed to be three or four entrances, some blocked, leading into it. The pyramid is 30.4 metres (100ft) high and has six stone terraces varying from 10 metres wide at the bottom to two metres wide towards the top. Stone for many of the terraces has been shaped, and squared and some of the larger stones used would be extremely heavy.

Historians and archaeologists like Rex Gilroy, Brett Green, John Green and Greg Jefferys have contributed much in this field of excavating the pyramid. Some recent unusual phenomena observed by locals and researchers have made this structure more speculating and had attracted more attention. I am going to discuss these phenomena in a little while.
To any current viewer, the vestiges of past antiquity cannot be seen - it is nothing but a stone covered lightly-forested hill soon to be erased by encroaching housing developments. It is a legacy of pure stupidity - the irresponsible destroyed what may have been Australia's most valuable ancient site - our only real clue to a very ancient past. Trespassers on the privately owned housing site are prosecuted.

The recent excavations of vast stretching 3000-4000 year old ruins in Gympie point to the conclusion that there existed an ancient civilization in Australia.

On the summit is a sort of ‘turret’, an upstanding section made of stone walls with a depressed centre, and nearby there are two very heavy stone grinders, which may have been used to prepare ritual offerings. There is also a pile of stones that looks like a collapsed building. Three large flat stones roughly shaped as diamonds have been found on the site. These have slots in the centre, which may have been for offerings and iron bars have been found on the site that fit the slots.

The terraces were believed to have been up to three metres high, but have become lower due to cattle and weathering. The pyramid is originally thought to have been terraced on three sides, but much of these were destroyed by bulldozing or early (or later) settlers carting away the stone for building purposes. An interesting little stone lined cell has recently been found at the base of the pyramid.

Dowsing has made it clear the pyramid is on a major energy line, and energy rays out in four directions. It is also connected by energy lines with what may be other pyramids or energy centres in the area. The pyramid may serve the function of drawing energy down (or up) and then radiating it over the countryside. Normally the destruction of such a centre would have very serious consequences.
The Gympie Ape
Hanuman (from Ramayana)

The Gympie Ape- A stone ape statue possibly 3000 years old. The statue was unearthed in 1966 on Mr. Dal K. Berrys Wolvi Rd property. The ape is made of conglomerate iron stone and shows a squatting ape figure.

It is believed to represent the Egyptian God “Thoth” in ape form.

But don’t you think the above statue resembles Hanuman, the character from Ramayana?

Idol of Ganesha excavated at Gympie

At Dogun, a schoolboy found an elephant about 100mm high carved from beige granite. Isn't it the Hindu God “Ganesha”.

A terracotta figurine of Hindu Goddess Laxmi has also been discovered.

Ancient open cut gold or copper mines have been found in the Gympie area & have been kept secret by Rex Gilroy to prevent unwanted destruction.
Gold mines were in plenty in Australia. So were discovered.

Not far from where the ‘Gympie Ape’ was ploughed up 10 years ago, Rex Gilroy claims to have excavated a hearth four feet underground from which he removed nodules of smelted bronze.
Rex Gilroy hopes to locate mystery ruins which are said to exist in a heavily timbered area outside Gympie. The structures are said to be built of large stone blocks some of which are too big for any human to have moved under normal circumstances.

The Gympie Pyramid covered in forest

At Tin Can Bay a pyramid once existed before being bulldozed onto a barge and the stone dumped off Fraser Island. The 10-12 men involved in this operation had to sign secrecy agreements with the Australian Government - never to tell anyone of their operation to steal more of our past from us.
Moreover, the Aborigines of Australia have not known to have constructed any structures. Also, they did obviously not inhabit the land 4000 years ago. So, it only proves one thing – the presence of a flourishing civilization during the 2nd or 3rd millennium BCE. Most say it was an Egyptian Civilization. I believe it had some connection to Indian culture.
An ancient metal spoon, about 14 cm long, of an unknown bronze alloy was found by Mr. Cyril Tindal in the vicinity of Mothor Mountain (Gympie). Metallurgists who have examined the spoon agree it is crude and hand forged and of great antiquity & has been matched with other examples from the ancient Middle East. Spoons like this one were made by blacksmiths for handling Mercury used in gold mining, which Gympie is known for.
Dowsing has indicated there are a number of burials on the pyramid, but these have not been dug. If so, this would suggest a sacred site.

The purpose of the pyramid is not known. Greg Jefferys points out that it would have made a good fort given its location, but there is no evidence for this, and it does not ‘feel’ like one. It quite possibly had a ritual function, particularly given the pillars on the summit, and was possibly also used as an observatory. If it involved a ritual function then very possibly there would have been connections with the stars. However, at the present time it can only be concluded the pyramid was built by unknown people for an unknown purpose.

Unusual Phenomena and reports from dowsers

Dowsing (a technique for searching for underground water, minerals, ley lines, or anything invisible, by observing the motion of a pointer, traditionally a forked stick, now often paired bent wires or the changes in direction of a pendulum, supposedly in response to unseen influences) has shown the pyramid is on a major energy centre and energy rays out in four directions.

Locals also claim to have spotted Nim-Nim lights around the pyramid and all over Gympie. Nim-Nim lights are unexplained random spark-like lights spotted in the air.
Moreover, residents around the area report that the Pyramid attracts lighting and thunderbolts often hit the peak of the pyramid during thunderstorms.

It is said that in the 1960s, a person had attempted to bulldoze and destroy the summit of the pyramid, as he wanted to build a house. While doing so, he had destroyed two large columns and had dumped them in a mineshaft. After this incident, the person suffered illness and mechanical trouble for many days and passed away.

Gympie Mystery Explained

Some Scientific terms and ideas…
(These are required to understand the phenomena)

  • Piezoelectric phenomena: It is the phenomena by which many substances generate an electric charge as a response to an externally applied mechanical stress or force. Some special substances, known as piezoelectric transducers, such as quartz, absorb mechanical energy and convert it to electrical energy and vice versa.
  • Resonance: Every object has a specific frequency of its own (natural frequency). If the frequency of an externally applied force or a mechanical stress exactly matches the natural frequency of the body, then it starts vibrating with large amplitude, and as a result, a loud sound is produced.
My Theory and Conclusion: Solving the unexplained mystery…
Evident from the facts that idols of Hindu gods and goddesses have been excavated in and around the Gympie pyramid, it can be speculated that ancient Indians had immigrated to the land of Australia. This was probably because of two main reasons.

First, the land was rich in its gold resources. The ancients may have extracted gold from the mines and alloyed them with other metals to make strong and powerful weapons.

Second, the land was isolated and far from the human inhabited lands of northern hemisphere. They saw in it an opportunity to use the land for the manufacture and testing for the powerful potentially dangerous radioactive weapons. This way, the inhabited lands of north would not be harmed. The central Australia is fully a barren desert, with an extremely scarce vegetation cover. This might be effect of the frequent use, testing and disposal of the radioactive weapons. After thousands of years, the effect of those radiations has surely reduced to a great extent.
That was why the land was named Astralaya, or the Abode of Astras. This is the root of the present name Australia.

Now, based on this possibility, it can also be derived that the astras were stored somewhere, after being manufactured. But where? It must then be the Gympie pyramid. And it is also possible that the millennia old astras are still securely guarded in the pyramid. This might account for the frequent unusual phenomena witnessed at the site.

According to the famous Indian writer Christopher C Doyle, ancient Indian astras worked on the principle of resonance and piezoelectric phenomena. The astras were inactive at a normal state. However, when an externally applied vibration equals the natural frequency of the object, then amplification occurs and the astra is activated.

This can be due to the continuous exposure to the radioactive emission from the site.
Dowsing has shown the pyramid is on a major energy centre and energy rays out in four directions.

Locals also claim to have spotted Nim-Nim lights around the pyramid and all over Gympie. Nim-Nim lights are unexplained random spark-like lights spotted in the air.

This can be due to the sparks created in air due to emission of electromagnetic radiations.

Moreover, residents around the area report that the Pyramid attracts lighting and thunderbolts often hit the peak of the pyramid during thunderstorms.

Sometimes some of the astras might get a bit activated and this might create an electromagnetic field around the site, due to the piezoelectricity of the astras.
As the astras underwent amplification, the mechanical energy was converted into electricity, which generated an electric field. This attracts lighting and thunder. This can also conclude one more thing – the exact reason for building a pyramid there, and not any other shape of monument. The peak of the pyramid will absorb any lightning and thunder that gets attracted at that site, and it will dissipate deep into the earth. Probably earthing system had also been set millennia ago under the pyramid.

This hypothesyis now seems to solve the mystery of the mysterious Gympie Pyramid of Queensland.
